Miranda YOGA

Since 2013, Miranda has been diligently practicing yoga. Before embracing yoga, she worked as a flight attendant, a job that demanded long hours and frequent adaptations to various time zones, leaving her body utterly exhausted. Seeking relief, she turned to her yoga mat during her free time, using yoga as a means to relax both her body and mind. Over the years, her dedication to yoga grew, fueled by inspiration from some remarkable teachers. This motivation led her to deepen her understanding of the practice by enrolling in her first teacher training program in Hong Kong. After completing her initial 200-hour teacher training, Miranda began teaching yoga part-time, sharing her passion and knowledge with others. In 2022, Miranda took a significant step forward in her yoga journey by becoming a full-time yoga instructor at Pure Yoga in Hong Kong. At this esteemed studio, she not only honed her skills but also conducted numerous workshops and training sessions alongside a variety of distinguished teachers. Miranda is skilled in teaching a wide range of yoga styles, including Vinyasa, Hatha, Hot Yoga, Yin, Yin-Yang, Deep Stretching, Aerial Yoga, and Yoga Wheel. Her favorite class to teach is Power Vinyasa, where she expertly combines flexibility and strength, encouraging her students to prepare for an invigorating session that promises plenty of sweat and, most importantly, fun.
