Ground yourself in the foundations of reformer Pilates by mastering the proper technique. These beginner focused classes will help students develop core strength and stability while heightening their mind-body awareness whilst giving a full workout.
Their low-intensity make them perfect for those who have just started Pilates – or are recovering from injury and looking for rehab Pilates.
A basic level of fitness is helpful, but not essential.
Please check with your teacher before proceeding to level 1.5.
This is a challenging and faster-paced class, designed to build endurance, enhance flexibility and strengthen the entire body.
These intensive classes require familiarity with taking cues from the reformer repertoire and focus on improving technique and proper breathing.
Please check with your teacher before proceeding to level 3.
This is an advanced reformer class and only suitable for students who are very familiar with an extensive reformer repertoire.
These classes are a bridge between level 1 and 2. They are suitable for beginners who understand the foundation of reformer Pilates and are able to transition between exercises without visual demonstration, thereby allowing classes to flow fluidly.

The range of exercises to expect in class is determined by the teacher.
More classical - classes consist of a classical Pilates repertoire with some small variation.
Middle - classes consist of a mixture of the classical repertoire as well as the addition of more dynamic exercises to ensure a well rounded style on the reformer.
More dynamic - a dynamic approach to classes, with a focus on the more contemporary style of Pilates, which may incorporating weights and fitness exercises.
