PRE + POST NATAL CLASSES

If you are pregnant, you must only attend classes suitable for pregnancy.

You must first attend our designated Pre + Post Natal classes for an assessment before moving on to level 1 or 1.5 classes taught by the following instructors: Tina / Mimo / Paula T / Paula P / Sophia / Ambika  / Veronica + Ariana  

You MUST inform the teacher prior to the start of each class if you are pregnant.

You should always consult your physician or other healthcare provider before starting an exercise program.

Total Chi does not advise attending classes during the first trimester and physical exercise must first be approved by a doctor.
