NOELLE pilates

Noelle has been an exercise and dance fanatic for as long as she can remember.

18 years ago, she was introduced to Pilates and was blown away by how much it improved her ability to perform in all types of exercise and movement, so much that she decided to train to become a Pilates teacher. She has trained with Body Control Pilates, Lisa Bradshaw in 2017, and since then has trained with Balance Body and continues to train with them through their comprehensive programme.

She is always seeking to broaden her knowledge as a teacher and is currently studying the Dynamic Spine on Spine Pathologies, approved by the American Council on Exercise (ACE). Through Pilates she enjoys and has a passion for teaching all types of people to help them with core awareness and strength, muscle elasticity, joint mobility and awareness of breath to help retain good posture and body alignment to improve quality of life.

Noelle believes that today, we in society are constantly encouraged to hold our bodies in unnatural positions that can cause all sorts of stresses and strains. “One of our main goals is that the whole spine should move in a synchronous and smooth manner”.– Joseph Pilates
